Had a great time with friends here! We hit the slopes and enjoyed the heated pool afterward. The kids’ playground kept the little ones entertained while we relaxed. Just a heads-up, the layout can be a bit tricky, so be prepared for some elevator rides.
However, the cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. we found the floors a bit dusty and not as fresh as expected.

Definitely not a honeymoon spot
We were so disappointed! The place reeked of smoke and was really dirty, like leftover trash everywhere. Shower was gross, too—not relaxing at all. We were excited to use the spa, but after seeing our condo, no way! At least the bar had good drinks, but that couldn't save the stay.

The room was beautifully decorated, featuring a cozy fireplace and a lovely balcony with mountain views, perfect for unwinding. The accessibility throughout the property made it easy for seniors to navigate the areas comfortably.
Additional seating near the pool would be appreciated.

missingWrote a review on Nov 15cozy fireplacelovely balconyaccessible propertyconfusing layout
Enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the One-bedroom Suite and the lovely balcony provided stunning mountain views. Accessibility options made navigating the property easy, which is a plus for seniors.
The layout of the units within the Westgate complex is confusing, resulting in a lot of unnecessary stair climbing and outdoor detours just to reach common areas like the pool. The decor in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite feels a bit dark and could use more natural light. Basic amenities fell short, with missing metal utensils in the kitchen and some appliances, like the fireplace and TV, needing maintenance on arrival. It felt like the unit hadn’t been properly stocked or maintained for a while.

Convenient Location and Amazing Staff
The location offers easy access to Canyon Village lifts, and the ski valet service makes everything smooth sailing. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel at home, making our stay truly memorable. However, additional seating around the pool would greatly enhance the outdoor experience.

The bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi tub was amazing after a long day of exploring. I also loved the relaxing outdoor pool and the soothing sauna areas available for unwinding. Just wish the cleanliness of the room had been better, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

I spent 6 nights in a Two-Bedroom Suite, and there were definitely moments I loved. The indoor/outdoor pool kept the kids entertained, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The beds were comfy, and it felt spacious enough for our family. The jacuzzi in the room was a sweet bonus! However, the cleanliness could've been better, as I noticed the room needed a deep clean. Some areas felt a bit dusty. Overall, the property had a lot to offer. The layout was somewhat spread out, making it easy to get lost on the way to the pool or parking. If you stay here, get familiar with the map because it takes a bit to navigate the resort. I would stay again, but they definitely need to focus on the cleanliness and clarity in navigation.

OMG, the muffins at Escala Provisions are life-changing! And don’t get me started on the outdoor pool—it's a chill vibe after a day on the slopes. Plus, super clean and quiet room which I appreciate.
We rolled up expecting our room to be ready, only to wait an extra 1.5 hours! The photos are deceptively showing those amenities. don't expect a massive suite. Had to do some DIY with the shower head too—talk about a hassle!

Perfect ski-in/ski-out spot!
The location was perfect for skiing, and the ski valet made everything so easy. Staff was super friendly, always ready to help. We enjoyed the Sleigh Inn Ride & Dinner – such a cool experience! Only bummer was the restaurant being kinda busy at peak times, but we managed to find good options nearby.
